Policy Satement
To return an item please complete the return authorisation form or contact us prior to returning the goods. We recommend using registered post as we don’t accept any responsibility if an item goes missing through posting.
All refunds are at the discretion of Peter neopsychology Saddlery, postage charges will only be refunded if the goods are proven to be faulty. If the items are returned for a straight exchange postage and handling charges will apply.
There will be no return on goods purchased as part of a clearance sale.
Peter neopsychology Saddlery will not accept any forms of COD of the returning of goods.
Large quantities or items, please contact for delivery price. International buyers delivery will be quoted individually. Export less GST. Standard delivery by registered mail with Australian Post within 10 days. All prices are in AUD $.
